3. Product Orders & Payments

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Risk passes to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom products cannot be returned due to change of mind
  • Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects within 14 days
  • Proof of defect (photos) must be provided before return authorization

5.2 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable
  • Handling fees may apply to certain returns
