Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your dispatch email
- Logging into your MatchMint account and viewing your order history
- Contacting our customer support team with your order number

International Shipping Information
We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Customs processing fees
- Import restrictions

Shipping Insurance
All orders include basic shipping insurance that covers:
- Lost packages
- Severely damaged packages
- Theft (with police report)
For orders over $100, we recommend adding Premium Shipping Protection (+$3.99) which also covers:
- Minor damage
- Weather damage
- Extended coverage amount
Delivery Exceptions & Delays
Please note that delivery times may be extended during:
- Holiday seasons (particularly November-December)
- Severe weather conditions
- Global shipping disruptions
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Rural or remote delivery locations
