How to Track Your MatchMint Delivery
Tracking your MatchMint order is easy and helps you stay informed about your delivery status every step of the way.
Accessing Your Tracking Information
There are several ways to access your tracking information:
Method 1: Via Email Notification
- Check your email inbox for a message titled "Your MatchMint Order Has Shipped"
- Open the email to find your tracking number and a direct link to track your package
- Click the tracking link to be taken directly to the carrier's tracking page
Method 2: Through Your MatchMint Account
- Log in to your MatchMint account on our website
- Navigate to "Order History" or "My Orders"
- Find the order you want to track
- Click on "Track Order" or "View Order Details"
- Your tracking information will be displayed, including the carrier and tracking number
Method 3: Contact Customer Support
If you can't find your tracking information through the methods above:
- Contact our support team
- Provide your order number
- We'll look up your tracking information and send it to you
Understanding Tracking Statuses
Here's what different tracking statuses mean:

Tracking by Carrier
Depending on your location and shipping method, your order will be shipped with one of these carriers:
USPS Tracking
- Updates typically every 24-48 hours
- May show fewer scans for international shipments
- Track on USPS website
FedEx Tracking
- Updates frequently throughout the shipping process
- Provides estimated delivery date and time window
- Track on FedEx website
DHL Tracking
- Detailed international tracking
- Updates at each major checkpoint
- Track on DHL website
Tracking Timeline Expectations
- Domestic Shipments: Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment
- International Shipments: May take 2-3 days before initial tracking updates appear
- Weekend Delays: Limited updates may occur on weekends when carriers reduce operations
