Complete Order Processing Journey

1. Order Verification (1-2 hours)

Once you submit your order, our system automatically:

  • Verifies your payment
  • Checks that all required information is present
  • Validates the quality of uploaded images
  • Sends you an order confirmation email
  • Assigns your order to the production queue

2. Design Review (24-48 hours)

Our design team will:

  • Review your uploaded images for quality and suitability
  • Remove backgrounds and optimize image placement
  • Make minor adjustments if needed (cropping, color correction)
  • Create a digital proof of your card design
  • Contact you if there are any issues with your submission

3. Production (2-3 business days)

After design approval, your cards enter production:

  • High-quality digital printing on premium card stock
  • UV coating application for durability and shine
  • Die-cutting to precise dimensions
  • Quality control inspection by our production team
  • Packaging preparation with protective materials

4. Dispatch (1 business day)

Once production is complete:

  • Your order is carefully packaged to prevent damage
  • Shipping labels and tracking information are generated
  • Your package is handed over to our delivery partner
  • You receive a dispatch notification with tracking details
  • Your order enters the shipping carrier's network
