Verify Your Order Details
First, please check your order confirmation email to confirm the size you originally selected:

- Compare this with the size of the cards you received
- Measure your cards with a ruler to confirm dimensions

How to Measure Your Cards
To accurately measure your cards:
- Place the card on a flat surface
- Use a ruler or measuring tape
- Measure the width (shorter dimension)
- Measure the height (longer dimension)
- Record measurements in inches or millimeters
How to Report a Size Discrepancy
If you confirm that you received the wrong size, please contact us immediately:
- Take photos: Photograph the cards you received next to a ruler or measuring tape
